If you have previously used our Free Trial or test server, you are already aware of our server quality. Therefore, no refunds will be applicable for paid services following a trial.
Domain registration, transfers, Dedicated IPs, and Control Panel license fees are strictly non-refundable.
Downgrading a server after an upgrade is not possible. If the wrong package is selected, it may be adjusted as a credit balance instead of a direct refund.
No refunds will be provided if the server is terminated due to policy violations or illegal activities.
